Prior to building TriBen Insurance Solutions, Tino Russo was a sales representative for Unum for fourteen years. He was a perennial award winner with multiple Regional and National awards. Tino qualified for the carrier’s National Sales Conference every year during his tenure. He was the pioneer of the “integrated sale,” leveraging and combining group and individual insurance products for more favorable underwriting and pricing concessions. During his tenure, he grew his block of business in excess of $65 Million of group insurance premium. His expertise and results with regard to Disability, Life, FML and Long Term Care
programs have separated himself from his competitors within his marketplace. Tino routinely conducted underwriting training presentations at his prior carrier’s Home Office and served as a mentor to incoming sales representatives. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He played football and received All American Honors. He is married and lives in Villanova, PA with his wife and two boys. He is active in his community coaching and supporting numerous youth, CYO and High School programs.
