- Provide guidance and consultation on state, federal and local leave policies
- Proactively provide updates on trends/developments for Health & Welfare legislative guidance and changes
- Identify operational and administrative inefficiencies and gaps to best practices
- Illustrate leave trends by month and year
- Provide number of leaves per regulation (Federal, State, Local)
- Identify number of leaves per leave reason such as Employee health, no Employee health, bonding
- Confirm if the leave is integrated or standalone
