- Continued monitoring of efficiencies of policies & procedures supporting Disability and Life/AD&D related programs
- Conduct monthly billing review on all lines of coverage
- Utilize data analytics to identify key reporting metrics to positively impact results and pricing
- Quarterly plan performance analysis
- Constantly vetting the data and performance of the programs from a contractual, pricing and workflow perspective
- Monitor and forecast the performance of the vendor(s) plans annually
- Work with the vendor(s) to coordinate annual stewardships meetings
- Annual Benchmark analysis to stay out ahead of trends
